Due to lack of interest, we will not be doing the Dinner for Eight activity this year. We’ll do some brainstorming and may offer another new improved version of this activity for next year; maybe a rotating cooking class with samples. Let us know your ideas. If you like to meet new people in a smaller group and enjoy sharing a meal with others, Dinner for Eight is a good place to start.

In the comfort of a home setting, one couple will host and provide the main course. Each of the other three couples will bring dishes to complete the meal. Everyone will be the host couple once during the year and you will be paired with different people for each dinner.

We normally have four or five dinners throughout the year at rotating host homes.

Although this group is organized around the "couples concept," singles are always welcome. If you are a single, invite a friend to join you. Also, if you know that you will not be able to participate in one or more dinners, you can sign up as a substitute.
