IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ these safety and comfort assurances:
Helmets required. Obey all stop signs along the Little Traverse Wheelway and Northwestern State Trail. 5 or more restroom facilities are available on this ride, some with water fountains. For East Park riders, there is one highway crossing at M-119. Everyone will be asked to walk their bike at this crossing.

Our July ride features options for pace, distance, food, libations and chocolate! If you are keen to join the Petoskey ride on Thursday, July 25 - please carefully read 4 basic logistics that follow.
(1.) First Leg- July 25 Ride
(option A) 9:30 a.m. arrive East Park, 601 Quarry Rd., Petoskey 49770  (longest ride)
(option B) meets along the route at Spring Lake Park, 1689 M-119, Petoskey, MI 49770 at 10:00 a.m.(shorter ride)
(2.) Second Leg continues
- All riders (described above as options 'a' & 'b')  depart together from Spring Lake Park. We bike the Northwestern State Trail (a paved pathway) towards Alanson. Pace and distance group options will get organized as everyone departs Spring Lake Park.  We are sure to enjoy this day alongside fellow bike group members, fast, intermediate, and otherwise!
(3.) Lunch at Petoskey Brewing, 1844 M 119 Harbor-Petoskey Road, Petoskey, MI 49770
(4.) Kilwins Kitchen Tour, 1050 Bay View Rd, Petoskey, MI 49770, arranged for 1:30. Please note that modes of arrival to Kilwins will vary. Those who began at East Park will arrive on bikes, as Kilwins Kitchen sits right along the Little Traverse Wheelway. Spring Lake starters will arrive by car, as they will have time to load bikes after lunch and drive to the tour.
